UF Space Biology Position
The University of Florida is hiring a new Assistant Professor in Space Biology/Astrobiology. A doctorate (foreign equivalent acceptable) in the life sciences with a strong background and experience in any aspect of astrobiology and/or space biology. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in verbal and written communication, interpersonal relationships, and procurement of extramural funding. Candidates must also have a commitment to UF IFAS core values of excellence, global involvement, and accountability. Experience in publishing peer-reviewed papers as first authors is essential. Postdoctoral experience is desirable. Evidence of successful grantsmanship is preferred.
