Call for Abstracts

Abstract submissions for the 2024 ASGSR annual conference are now being accepted. Each year the ASGSR annual conference brings together the biological and physical space sciences community to share research, build collaborations, and discuss emerging issues in the field. ASGSR welcomes scientists and engineers from all career stages to Puerto Rico from December 3-7, 2024 at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino.

The abstract deadline for submission is June 15, 2024 at 23:59 EDT. Late submission abstracts will not be accepted.

Graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to apply for a travel award of up to $500 to offset some transportation, hotel, and registration costs.

Scientists from under-represented racial, ethnic, and gender populations are especially encouraged to submit an abstract to the ASGSR annual meeting. ASGSR welcomes first-time participants from these communities and some travel funding is anticipated to be available for first-time participants from MSIs or HBCUs. 

Abstract selection and student travel award notification will be emailed to presenting authors no earlier than August 15, 2024.
