ASGSR 2025 Middle/High School Call for Abstracts

October 14th, 2025
We are pleased to issue a high school and middle school student call for abstracts for the 2025 annual American Society for Gravitational and Space Research (ASGSR) conference. The meeting will take place December 3-6, 2025 at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. The annual ASGSR meeting provides a forum for the Biological and Physical Sciences communities to meet and discuss their latest findings in gravitational and space research.
Middle school/ High school abstracts can be submitted electronically no later than 23:59 EDT on October 14th, 2025 using the abstract submittal form and instructions posted here.
Please ensure that you submit your abstract using the HS/MS Abstract Submission Form only. If you have already submitted an abstract and identified its “middle school” or “high school”, the ASGSR poster session leads will move it to the middle and high school poster session. If you did not identify your abstract for your education level, please resubmit it through the High School/Middle School form. Also, please send an email to admin@asgsr.org. Please provide your name and title of your abstract so we can remove it from the other abstract form.
ASGSR membership is not required for abstract submission, but meeting registration and attendance is required for poster presentation and inclusion in the meeting program. Because of processing deadlines, the Program Committee will not be able to include an abstract submitted after the deadlines indicated above.
