CALL FOR ABSTRACTS – 2026 ASGSR
Abstract submissions for the 2026 ASGSR Annual Conference are now being accepted. Each year the ASGSR annual conference brings together the biological and physical space sciences community to share research, build collaborations, and discuss emerging issues in the field. ASGSR welcomes scientists and engineers to Crystal City, Virginia December 2-5, 2026 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott.
Abstract Deadline & Editing
The abstract deadline for submission is May 31, 2026 at 23:59 EDT. No abstracts will be accepted after this date. Once the submission deadline closes, abstracts and author list will be ineligible for editing after this date.
Student Travel Awards
Graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to apply for a travel award during the abstract submission process to offset some transportation, hotel, and registration costs.
High School and Middle School Abstracts
A call for middle and high school student abstract submissions will open July 1, 2026.
Abstract Selection & Travel Award Notifications
Abstract selection and student travel award notifications will be emailed to presenting authors no earlier than August 1, 2026.
Public Access and Proprietary Information
Please note that all selected abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and abstract booklet. Please do not include proprietary or confidential information, as all content will be publicly accessible.
