Technical Session Presenters

Technical Session Presentation Submission Deadline

To facilitate a smooth transition between speakers, all oral presentations will be collected ahead of time and shared from the PC in the Technical Session room.

File Naming	Format: SessionName_LastName Examples: Fluid Physics II: FluidII_LastName; Space Ecology: Space_LastName Updated file: Add a version number to the end of the file name (SessionName_LastName_v#)
Where to Submit	Oral Presentation File Submission Link The submission link is the only acceptable method of presentation submission. No presentations will be accepted by email or USB drives

Technical Session Presenter Guidelines

Item	Details
Laptops	Presenters will not use their own laptops to display slides
Slide Advancer	Presenters will advance their slides using the remote slide advancer (clicker) provided in the technical session room

Technical Session Room Specifications

Item	Details
Equipment	Technical session rooms are equipped with a PC laptop, an LCD projector, and a remote presentation advancer
Platform	Windows hardware and software (Mac hardware and software are not supported in the technical session rooms)

Poster Presenters

Poster Requirements

Item	Details
Poster Boards	8 ft wide × 4 ft high; each presenter will share the board with one other presenter
Maximum Poster Size	48 in wide (112 cm). No larger sizes will be allowed
Pushpins	Will be provided
